Today, May 7th is the official 4-year anniversary of when Basil Enan founded CoverHound! We are thrilled how CoverHound is truly making a difference in how people can compare and shop for personal insurance.
In other exciting CoverHound news, Matt Flaherty has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering. Congrats Matt!
Matt has been an awesome addition to the CoverHound Team leading several areas of significant performance improvements and engineering team-building as we continue to develop our industry leading technologies.
And the good news continues! The Engineering team has made 2 recent additions after several weeks of thorough candidate interviews, David Yuen & Yoshi Gillaspie who work in our San Francisco office. Welcome aboard guys!
We have also added to our team of Insurance Advisors in Westlake--Darling Gamini, Jeffrey Barraso, Javier Rojas, Pat Fallon, & Erin Mulcahy. We’re so happy to have each of them as part of CoverHound!
After another great final week in April, CoverHound has maintained its impressive streak of 16 consecutive months of record number of policies sold. Kudos to everyone for their dedication and efforts to make this continued growth possible.
May is off to a very impressive, record start, and the teams in San Francisco and Westlake continue to exceed expectations through improved efficiencies/speed, focusing on raising customer satisfaction, better diversification (marketing mix, carrier mix, customer mix), better carrier relationship building, and adding great new talent to an already amazing group of employees.
